POSTAGE TIMES have been effected by our recent move th Victoria and the 2 week lockdown, all orders up to 5 p.m August 17th are in the mail and any orders after the 17th will be processed as soon as the current lockdown has lifted, I apologise for any inconvenience.

If you're old school, we're happy for you to do a phone order and direct deposit the money into our account if you don't like website ordering, we do this with farmers a bit.

We use discreet packaging and labeling and Australia post with tracking on every order.
Bug out bags come fully insured.

Where postage is not included our postage and handling rates are averaged for weight and cubing as follows.

Have peace of mind knowing all of our goods are covered by Australian Consumer Law.
Please choose carefully as we will not refund for store credit on sterile products like masks, medical kits, opened packets of food and water purification items.

We don't do refunds for a change of mind- this isn't a dress shop.
Any returns for store credit need to be done with proof of purchase in unopened packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Bug out bag pictures are for illustration purposes as the deal changes from time to time due to the pandemic. What you get in your deal is clearly stated in the "You get :" section of the description page of your product and you will recieve a hard copy of the deal you got at the time of your purchase.

If you purchase clothing that is the wrong size you can exchange it for another size providing it is still in new condition with the original tags attached.
You pay the postage to us and we'll pay the postage back to you.
